Canon 368 of the Code of Canon Law lists five Latin-Rite jurisdictional areas that are considered as equivalent to a diocese.

ECCLESIASTICAL CRIME
The Vatican has always given precedence to Church law, called Canon Law, over local criminal law in dealing with ecclesiastical crime.
It does not easily tolerate interference by civil authorities in ecclesiastical matters. In December 2013 it refused a UN request for data on abuse on the grounds that it only released such information if requested to do so by another country as part of legal proceedings. The UN committee's recommendations are non-binding and there is no enforcement mechanism.
VATICAN BANKING LAW
The Law of Banking is known as International Maritime Admiralty Law.
This Maritime Law was based on VATICAN Canon Law. All the "War Banks" known as Central banks get controlled from SMOM controlled Switzerland. The Federal Reserve pays the Bank of England which finally ends up in the Swiss Bank of International Settlements. All you need to do is study the SMOM and its members then look whos who in Banking.
