Quotes:

"I hope we shall take warning from the example and crush in its birth the aristocracy of our monied corporations which dare already to challenge our government to a trial of strength and bid defiance to the laws of our country." - Thomas Jefferson

"If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy." - James Madison

"Should any political pary attempt to abolish social secrutiy, unemployment insurance, and eliminate labor laws and farm programs, you not hear of that party again in our political history. There is a tiny splinter group, of course, that believes you can do these things. Among them are ... Texas oil millionaires and an occasional politician or business man from other areas. Their number is negligible and they are stupid." ~ President Dwight D. Eisenhower, 11/8/54

"The few who understand the system, will either be so interested in its profits, or so dependent on its favors that there will be no opposition from that class, while on the other hand, the great body of people, mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantages...will bear its burden without complaint, and perhaps without suspecting that the system is inimical to their best interests." - Rothschild Brothers of London communiqué to associates in New York June 25, 1863

This is because the consequences are so profound for our rights to anything we, as individuals think is ours, whether that's our rights, our property, or our money. However, to this day, there is great legal ambiguity as to whether the United States is or isn't a corporation. This is particularly troubling when we consider the already existing alliances among government, industry, and banking.

We present two pages below. One argues for the fact that the United States is a corporation. Meanwhile, the other page painstakingly documents how the United States is not a corporation. We welcome any legal scholar to contact this website with thoughtful feedback on an issue that has such great stakes for Americans. In general, we welcome readers of the CyberPlayGround to attempt to decipher the language and content for themselves.

Please enjoy the Little House on the Prairie episode of the Destruction of Walnut Grove in which this hustler twisted all the paperwork to make sure that he became owner of  Walnut Grove and that its people became his employees. Walnut Grove citizens responded by blowing up all their houses as a form of protest. The connection here is the following--can the language and paperwork be twisted so that you no longer have your inalienable rights to life, liberty, and your property?
