THE DRUG WAR IS A FRAUD
"The issue which has swept down the centuries and
which will have to be fought sooner or later is The People versus The Banks."
Lord Acton. Historian. Politician. Writer. 1834-1902.
Baron Brassey of Bulkeley (1836-1918), charter member in 1902, Pilgrims Society of Great Britain, was the son of Thomas Brassey, who built railroads in England, Europe, India, Australia, Canada and the United States.
Baron Brassey was a member of Parliament, 1865-1886; member, Lords of the Admiralty, 1880-1884; president, Institute of Naval Architects, 1893-1895; and Governor of Victoria Province, Australia, 1895-1900, (91,749 square miles). In 1895 Baron Brassey chaired the Royal Commission on Opium, another whitewash by the British establishment justifying their looting of China by making millions of Chinese drug addicts. This was started generations earlier as a government approved trade based in British India. Besides cold blooded profit, the motive was to start withdrawing huge amounts of silver from China so the Crown’s international financiers could continue to control the world silver market. Page 3 we read that in the wake of the first Opium War of 1837 (won by Britain) ---
“The Qing authorities refused to legalize the sale of opium. This policy led to the Second Opium War of 1856-1860 in which a British force occupied Beijing and forced the Qing Emperor to legalize the import of opium. By the 1880’s, opium was one of the most valuable commodities in international trade. In an average year, export opium leaving Calcutta and Bombay averaged over 90,000 chests CONTAINING MORE THAN 5,400 METRIC TONS. This staggering amount would meet the annual needs of 14 million opium consumers in China and Southeast Asia who smoked opium on a daily basis, and many more if less intense use were assumed. Each year, OPIUM REVENUES POURED 93.5 MILLION SILVER RUPEES INTO GOVERNMENT OF INDIA COFFERS.”
PRESIDENT ANDREW JACKSON
"The point of government is that it is “administered for the good of the people, and is regulated by their will."
Jackson was a mean-spirited “outsider”. As president, he destroyed America’s central banking system, and he forcibly deported Native Americans from Georgia to Oklahoma along the Trail of Tears, an action just short of genocide. He was a rich and powerful slave-owner himself – who “too often bend the acts of government to their selfish purposes”. General Jackson rose to prominence following the Battle of New Orleans in the War of 1812 and the first Seminole war in Florida. The 1824 election killed the Democratic-Republicans as a political party.
The reason Britain did not invade America when Andrew Jackson shut down the second United States Bank, as it had done in response to President Madison’s closure of the first United States Bank in 1811 with the War of 1812, was because Britain deemed it lacked resources to invade both nations; that their opium business was more profitable; and they feared attacking America as long as their greatest nemesis, Andrew Jackson, was alive! Baron Brassey, Pilgrims Society, apologist for silver stealing British Opium Trade---
Pages 44-45 of the linked pdf state---
“The Royal Commission on Opium, reflecting the views of both the Government of India and most informed Indians, rejected the cultural imperialism of the opium reformers. On this issue Lansdowne and other high officials involved championed the interests of the people of India against well meaning interference. The Government of India was better attuned to Indian opinion than the opium reformers.”That shows how depraved the British establishment and its apologists were/are --- compassionate persons who wanted to end the opium business were slandered as culturally imperialistic; when in fact, it was the opium business that was imperialistic beyond belief; when Pilgrims Society member, silver stealer Viceroy Lansdowne championed opium interests, it was that of a very tiny segment of Indians; mostly Britishers residing there, and their corrupt Indian officials --- not that of the majority of Indians who derived zero income from that filthy, death-dealing business!
Drugpolicy.org board of directors shows this organizations current Rothschild connections; and that Pilgrims Society members George Shultz of the Treasury Department and Paul Volker of the Federal Reserve are board members!
ROBERTO SAVIANO
NARCO-TRAFFIC AS
POLITICAL ECONOMY
U.S. government admits: catching El Chapo (and other cartel kings) won’t stop drugs.
The City of London is a far more important centre for laundering criminal money than the Cayman Islands ~ Roberto Saviano
Roberto Saviano The man who exposed the lie of the war on drugs
Roberto Saviano [video] already lives under armed guard after writing about the Neapolitan mafia. Now he is determined to uncover capitalism’s complicity with the narco-lords of South America. As always The CIA had a huge amount to do with it, He's quite a character.
Saviano articulates and demonstrates what many of us who write about mafia have been trying for years to shout from rooftops, only none of us climbed high enough, cried as loud, or crystallised it like he does. Here it is, the lie of any dividing line between legal and illegal. Here it is, laid bare: cartel as corporation, corporation as cartel; cocaine as pure capitalism, capitalism as cocaine, known in its purest form as zero-zero-zero – a wry reference to the name of the best grade of flour, ideal for pasta.
Pablo Escobar was “the first to understand that it’s not the world of cocaine that must orbit around the markets, but the markets that must rotate around cocaine”. “Capitalism,” says Saviano, “needs the criminal syndicates and criminal markets… This is the most difficult thing to communicate. People – even people observing organised crime – tend to overlook this, insisting upon a separation between the black market and the legal market. It’s the mentality that leads people in Europe and the USA to think of a mafioso who goes to jail as a mobster, a gangster. But he’s not, he’s a businessman, and his business, the black market, has become the biggest market in the world.” Narco cartels like Guzman’s are not adversaries of global capitalism, nor even pastiches of it; they are integral to – and pioneers of – the free market. They are its role model.
Zero Zero Zero, the most important of the year and the most cogent ever written on how narco-traffic works. Here is a book that speaks what must be told at the end of another year of drug war spreading further and deeper, that tells what you will not learn from Narcos,Breaking Bad or the countless official reports.
The realisation that cocaine capitalism is central to our economic universe made Escobar the Copernicus of organised crime, argues Saviano, adding: “No business in the world is so dynamic, so restlessly innovative, so loyal to the pure free-market spirit as the global cocaine business.” It sounds simple, but it isn’t – it is revolutionary and, says Saviano, it explains the world.
“Cocaine,” he concludes, applying the logic of business school, “is a safe asset. Cocaine is an anticyclical asset. Cocaine is the asset that fears neither resource shortages nor market inflation.” Of course, cocaine capitalism – as brazenly as any other commodity, possibly more so – has “both feet firmly planted in poverty… [and] unskilled labour, a sea of interchangeable subjects, that perpetuates a system of exploitation of the many and enrichment of the few”. “Cocaine becomes a product like gold or oil,” he adds in conversation, “but more economically potent than gold or oil. With these other commodities, if you don’t have access to mines or wells, it’s hard to break into the market. With cocaine, no. The territory is farmed by desperate peasants, from whose product you can accumulate huge quantities of capital and cash in very little time. “If you’re selling diamonds, you have to get them authenticated, licensed – cocaine, no. Whatever you have, whatever the quality, you can sell it immediately. You are in perfect synthesis with the everyday life and ethos of the global markets – and the ignorance of politicians in the west to understand this is staggering. The European world, the American world, don’t understand these forces, they don’t have the will to understand narco-traffic.”

2014 SOME STORIES ARE TOO TRUE TO TELL and you'll never get the info from NYT or WP their editors are p0wned.
The story is about Pulitzer Prize Reporter Gary Webb and the Story Behind The Crack Explosion
Gary Webb, Pulitzer prize winning journalist from the San Jose Mercury News and author of the book Dark Alliance: The CIA, The Contras, And The Cocaine Explosion, was crucified for his investigation into the role of the CIA as the creator of the crack cocaine epidemic in the 80's. The CIA was the prime distributor of cocaine and crack in the inner cities of the US. This accomplished
a. revenue for the black ops of the CIA
b. so many incarcerations that the US became the biggest per capita imprisoner in the world
c. an army of addicts willing to obey their CIA overlords
d. the arming of right wing Central and S Americans in return for the received drugs
e. the deaths of many in the black community
f. the devastating crack epidemic that began in the late 1980s
g. the evidence showed that the flow of cocaine was linked to the Reagan administration's search for off-the-books financing of the Contras' war on Nicaragua's leftist government
h. the real-life Webb posted recordings of some interviews online
4) The Pulitzer prize winning journalist Gary Webb of the San Jose Mercury News was later disavowed by the newspaper because of tremendous political pressure by the CIA.
i) When the CIA Conspired to Kill Journalist Gary Webb
j) CIA Public Affairs and the Drug Conspiracy Story
Webb uncovered a CIA plot in the 1980s that funneled cocaine into the United States to finance arms purchases and other operations in Central America, then faced a campaign to undermine and deny his work. Webb's controversial investigation into a CIA conspiracy in Nicaragua that led to a series of articles titled "Dark Alliance" for the San Jose Mercury News. A Pulitzer Prize-Winning Journalist and former Northern Kentucky University student gained notoriety for telling the truth in what was to become the biggest story of his career. Because of his investigative reporting, Gary Webb was destroyed professionally. Gary Webb was a journalist and a truth-teller, not always a safe combination when you’re uncovering a scandal. Especially when that scandal involves claims about the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and its alleged role in bringing cocaine into the country. But that’s exactly what Webb became involved with in the 1990’s. His research led to a highly-controversial three-part series in the San Jose Mercury News.

How Crack Funded a CIA War: Gary Webb Interview on the Contras and Ronald Reagan (1996) VIDEO
Van De Moere parked, popped the hood on his battered Impreza, and connected the battery to an antenna, a white plastic rod about 6 inches long. The device began searching for a secret network inside DP World, a Dubai-based port operator with offices on the third floor of the building. A few days earlier, small USB drives had been inserted into the company’s computers. They were programmed to intercept the nine-digit PINs that controlled access to DP World’s shipping containers. Besides fruit, metals, and other legitimate cargo, some of these containers carried millions of euros in heroin and cocaine. To get their drugs out of the port, they steal pin codes. Whoever has the codes can pull into the terminal, enter the PIN into a keypad, wait as robot-controlled loaders put the container on their truck, and drive off—sometimes minutes ahead of the cargo’s legitimate owner. Filip Maertens and Van De Moere the masterminds of one of the biggest drug-smuggling operations in Europe were working with a Dutch drug-trafficking gang, deep into an audacious hacking scheme that authorities say smuggled tons of cocaine and heroin through the port and into cities across the continent. The Port of Antwerp handles 200 million metric tons of cargo a year. As the No. 1 transit point for South American fruit, it’s Europe’s largest port of entry for Colombian cocaine. Adibelli was an intelligence broker who sold PIN codes to Becker’s group and smuggled drugs on the side. Phone taps and financial records show drivers were paid as much as €5,000 per theft and would spend hours, sometimes a full day, waiting along the A58 highway for word that shipments had come in. Cell phone records reveal a passenger in Becker’s car texting and calling the drivers to give them the PIN codes.

THE BACKGROUND OF THE 1% REVEALED TO BE OPIUM DRUG SMUGGLING PIRATES
12/16/1773 The East India Company had a lot of tea it could not sell in England and was almost ready to close down its business.
To help save the company, the British Parliament passed the Tea Act of 1773.
This allowed the company to sell its goods to the colonies without paying taxes.
This meant the East India Company could sell their tea cheaper than the American merchants.
The Tea Act of 1773 did not impose any new tax on tea. It would still be taxed the three-penny per pound like it had been or the last six years. The British didn't think the colonists would be upset about the Act since by letting the East India Company not pay taxes, the price of tea would go down.
But the colonists were angry because the Act would give the East India Company a monopoly on tea sales in the colonies.
On December 16, 1773, Samuel Adams led three groups of fifty men dressed like Mohawk Indians and walked through the streets of Boston. Then someone blew a whistle. The men headed for the harbor and boarded the three ships with hatchets. They broke into 342 chests and threw all the tea overboard. (Most of the tea was a mixture of Ceylon and Darjeeling teas.)
"American Historians Official Version"
The British East India Company had controlled all tea trading between India and the British colonies.
As a result of the tea tax, the colonies refused to buy the British tea. Instead, they smuggled tea in from Holland. This left the British East India Company with warehouses full of unsold tea, and the company was in danger of going out of business. The British government was determined to prevent the British East India Company from going out of business. It was going to force the colonists to buy their tea.
In May 1773, Prime Minister North and the British parliament passed the Tea Act. The Tea Act allowed the British East India Company to sell tea directly to the colonists, bypassing the colonial wholesale merchants.
This allowed the company to sell their tea cheaper than the colonial merchants who were selling smuggled tea from Holland. This act revived the colonial issue of taxation without representation.
The colonies once again demanded that the British government remove the tax on tea. In addition, the dockworkers began refusing to unload the tea from ships. The Governor of Massachusetts demanded that the tea be unloaded. He also demanded that the people pay the taxes and duty on tea. On the evening of December 16, 1773, a group of men calling themselves the "Sons of Liberty" went to the Boston Harbor. The men were dressed as Mohawk Indians. They boarded three British ships, the Beaver, the Eleanor and the Dartmouth, and dumped forty-five tons of tea into the Boston Harbor.
What actually happened
The dirty secrets of boston tea party
THE KEY THING IS :
Mohawk Indians were sent by drug runners, carried hatchets (Indians had a license allowing them to carry a hatchet) meant for breaking open every chest of tea and sifting for hidden satchels of opium inside. They took only the opium away. THE OPIUM SATCHELS CONTAINED MANY TIMES MORE VALUE FOR MONEY-- THAN SIMPLE TEA.
Only a conscience stricken George Robert Twelves Hewes, ( born in Boston in 1742 ) revealed this in his biography, just before he died— but he left out the true reason . He did NOT write about opium for fear of retribution to his descendants. He was one of the participants of the "tea party" at the age of 31.
James Hawkes, A Retrospect of the Boston Tea Party (New York, 1834)
William Molineux (c. 1717 England– October 22, 1774), friend of Samuel Adams organized the dressed up Indian Mohawk hatchet party was assassinated within 10 months. Molineux's home on Beacon Hill, Boston, Massachusetts was torn down to make room for the Massachusetts State House.People v. Molineux, 6 Bedell 264, 168 N.Y. 264, 61 N.E. 286 (1901) In that case, Molineux was accused of poisoning and killing one Mrs. Adams. At trial, the court allowed the prosecution to introduce evidence suggesting that Molineux had also poisoned a romantic rival with the same drug that felled Mrs. Adams. Id. at 281-84, 61 N.E. 286. A police-blotter type review of Russell's organization will show why the secret order, though powerful, was not the unique organ of “conspiracy” for the U.S. Eastern Establishment.
The following gentlemen were among Russells' partners:
Augustine Heard (1785-1868): ship captain and pioneer U.S. opium smuggler.
John Cleve Green (1800-75): married to Sarah Griswold; gave a fortune in opium profits to Princeton University, financing three Princeton buildings and four professorships; trustee of the Princeton Theological Seminary for 25 years.
Abiel Abbott Low (1811-93): his opium fortune financed the construction of the Columbia University New York City campus; father of Columbia's president Seth Low
Joseph Coolidge: his Augustine Heard agency got $10 million yearly as surrogates for the Scottish dope-runners Jardine Matheson during the fighting in China; his son organized the United Fruit Company; his grandson, Archibald Cary Coolidge, was the founding executive officer of the Anglo-Americans' Council on Foreign
John Murray Forbes (1813-98): his opium millions financed the career of author Ralph Waldo Emerson, who married Forbes's daughter, and bankrolled the establishment of the Bell Telephone Company, whose first president was Forbes's son.

Warren Delano, Jr.: chief of Russell and Co. in Canton; grandfather of U.S. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
Russell Sturgis: his grandson by the same name was chairman of the Baring Bank in England, financiers of the Far East opium trade.
Such persons as John C. Green and A.A. Low, whose names adorn various buildings at Princeton and Columbia Universities, made little attempt to hide the criminal origin of their influential money. Similarly with the Cabots, the Higginsons and the Welds for Harvard. The secret groups at other colleges are analogous and closely related to Yale's Skull and Bones. Princeton has its “eating clubs,”' especially Ivy Club and Cottage Club, whose oligarchical tradition runs from Jonathan Edwards and Aaron Burr through the Dulles brothers. At Harvard there is the ultra-blue-blooded Porcelian (known also as the Porc or Pig club);Theodore Roosevelt bragged to the German Kaiser of his membership there; Franklin Roosevelt was a member of the slightly “lower” Fly Club.
“In this endeavor, Latimer was abetted by young Samuel Russell of Providence, Rhode Island, who came to Canton the same summer and set up the factory of Russell and Company on Thirteen Factories Street. He went inot business with an old Chinahand, Philip Ammidon, supercargo for the venerable Baltimore house of Brown, Benson and Ives. (Brown and Ives had the distinction, in 1796, to run the first crate of India opium straight from Calcutta to Baltimore.) While Ammidon courted the Parsee drug shippers of India, Russell opened up fruitful areas of cooperation and corruption with Jardine-Matheson…These wholly unscrupulous privateers, to get around all inhibitions posed by the Honourable Company’s government-backed monopoly, began washing their opium sycee through the London bank accounts of the American firms, which were impervious to Company scrutiny.
Before long, Wilcocks and Russell were suitably established to join in on the lucrative mother-ship opium trade at Lintin Island…The East India Company’s opium monopoly was on its last legs; Joseph Jardine was in Parliament now, lobbying forcefully for the complete opening of trade to independent shippers, and even London’s very prestigious Dent and Company had gone heavily into opium carriage…
All the Americans agreed it was time to take the money and clear out.
Cushing brought in some Boston relatives in 1829, to take up the traces on his retirement. The most promising of the lot was young Robert Bennett Forbes, who replaced Sturgis as supercargo for the Lintin mother-ship operation.
On 12 March 1828, Robert Bennet Forbes, at the time a captain for Russell & Co., sailed with the Danube from Boston to Smyrna, carrying on board a small cargo of coffee, 20,000 dollars in specie and a note from Barings Brothers & Co. bank in London worth 60,000 pounds sterling. Upon arrival in Smyrna he contacted the firm’s agent, Joseph Langdon, with instructions to buy as much opium as possible with the proceeds from the coffee and dollars. Forbes then sailed with the Danube to Gibraltar, where he transferred crew and cargo to the Bashaw heading to Canton, carrying on board about a thousand chests of Turkish opium, or roughly sixty-three tons.[28] The proceeds from this trade, together with the Barings bank note, allowed the firm to buy teas and silks, which were sent back home. Forbes returned back to the United States in January 1830 with 17 opium cases in the Bashaw’s cargo hold with the intent of selling them in spring when the market was expected to be favorable.[29]
His brother, Thomas Tunno Forbes, took up the overall business from Cushing, and was soon after drowned in a typhoon. He left a will handing over the Perkins combine to Russell and Company…
Before the hostilities between Britain and its former colonies subsided in 1815, American firms, such as Bryant & Sturgis of Boston, and J. & T. H. Perkins of Boston, represented by Perkins & Co. in Canton, began setting up their own network of agents. In a few years this grew into a network of clippers and receiving ships that spanned from London, Smyrna and the Persian Gulf to Canton. In 1814, J. & T.H. Perkins’ ship Jacob Jones captured two British ships carrying opium, which they sold in Canton after breaking through the British blockade of the city. According to Thomas Perkins’ biographers, it was this incident that prompted the firm’s interest in the opium trade. After 1827, American firms were also involved in the trade with Malwa opium, or opium from Western India, which was, to the chagrin of the East India Company, rivaling their own monopoly in Patna opium from Eastern India. Similar to their British counterparts, American agencies served as facilitators of the trade with China. Paid by commission, these firms handled shipments of commodities and specie of other merchants in Canton. American firms also began to speculate and trade in opium, manning ships for that purpose. Despite the official stance of the East India Company and the bad blood after the War of 1812, British and American collaboration flourished among the free traders and firms. The cooperation with their former colonial masters was not lost on the Chinese, who called the Americans “second chop Englishmen." However, Robert’s youngest brother, John Murray Forbes reminisced that cooperation between American and English traders only eased after the East India Company relinquished its monopoly over the Asian trade in 1834. At the time, however, Joseph Coolidge, a newly arrived partner in Russell & Co., feared the exact opposite, since the abolition of the monopoly meant that the English country traders no longer needed American financial instruments and could compete with American traders on equal footing.

NYT The Opium War's Secret History
By Karl E. Meyer Published: June 28, 1997
Losers rarely name wars, an exception being the conflict between Britain and China from 1839 to 1842, known bluntly ever since as the Opium War. To most Chinese, a century of humiliation began with this war, in which Westerners sought to force a deadly drug on an Asian people, and then imposed an unequal treaty that pried open their country and annexed the island that became Hong Kong.
In embarrassing truth, that is essentially what happened. As Hong Kong reverts to China at month's end, many of us for the first time may see a bit of history from a different end of the telescope. Yet a further point needs making. Even the authors of the Opium War were ashamed of it, and Western protests against it marked the beginning of a concern with international human rights that in a fresh turn embarrasses today's leaders in Beijing.Along with the slave trade, the traffic in opium was the dirty underside of an evolving global trading economy. In America as in Europe, pretty much everything was deemed fair in the pursuit of profits. Such was the outlook at Russell & Company, a Boston concern whose clipper ships made it the leader in the lucrative American trade in Chinese tea and silk.
In 1823 a 24-year-old Yankee, Warren Delano, sailed to Canton, where he did so well that within seven years he was a senior partner in Russell & Company. Delano's problem, as with all traders, European and American, was that China had much to sell but declined to buy. The Manchu emperors believed that the Middle Kingdom already possessed everything worth having, and hence needed no barbarian manufactures.
The British struck upon an ingenious way to reduce a huge trade deficit. Their merchants bribed Chinese officials to allow entry of chests of opium from British-ruled India, though its importation had long been banned by imperial decree. Imports soared, and nearly every American company followed suit, acquiring ''black dirt'' in Turkey or as agents for Indian producers.THE CHRISTIAN PIRATES SMUGGLING DRUGS AND SLAVES
Writing home, Delano said he could not pretend to justify the opium trade on moral grounds, ''but as a merchant I insist it has been . . . fair, honorable and legitimate,'' and no more objectionable than the importation of wines and spirits to the U.S. Yet as addiction became epidemic, and as the Chinese began paying with precious silver for the drug, their Emperor finally in 1839 named an Imperial Commissioner to end the trade.
Commissioner Lin Tse-hsu proceeded to Canton, seized vast stocks of opium and dumped the chests in the sea. This, plus a melee in which drunken sailors killed a Chinese villager, furnished the spark for the Opium War, initiated by Lord Palmerston, the British Prime Minister, and waged with determination to obtain full compensation for the opium. The Celestial Empire was humbled, forced to open five ports to foreign traders and to permit a British colony at Hong Kong.
But as noteworthy, the war was denounced in Parliament as ''unjust and iniquitous'' by 30-year-old William Ewart Gladstone, who accused Palmerston of hoisting the British flag ''to protect an infamous contraband traffic.'' The same outrage was expressed in the pulpit and the press, in America and England, thereby encouraging Russell & Company and most other American businesses to pull out of the opium trade.
Warren Delano returned to America rich, and in 1851 settled in Newburgh, N.Y. There he eventually gave his daughter Sara in marriage to a well-born neighbor, James Roosevelt, the father of Franklin Roosevelt. The old China trader was close-mouthed about opium, as were his partners in Russell & Company. It is not clear how much F.D.R. knew about this source of his grandfather's wealth. But the President's recent biographer Geoffrey Ward rejects efforts by the Delano family to minimize Warren's involvement.
The family's discomfort is understandable. We no longer believe that anything goes in the global marketplace, regardless of social consequences. It is precisely this conviction that underlies efforts to attach human rights conditions to trading relations -- to temper the amorality of the market -- a point that, alas, seems to elude the Socialist soon-to-be masters of Hong Kong.
THOSE WHO DISMANTLED OUR CONSTITUTION
by Brian Downing Quig First Published in the GRAPEVINE January 2, 1995
It is commonly assumed that there is no aristocracy, let alone a nobility, in America. Nothing could be farther from the truth. In his work, Ancestors of American Presidents, Gary Boyd Roberts of the New England Historic Genealogical Society reveals nineteen presidents descended from Edward III. John Galt (a pen name of a researcher fearing to be identified), in an unpublished manuscript (now in my possession), The Genealogy of the New World Order, has traced the royal ancestry of George Bush, which traces from Charlemagne and Alfred the Great, all the way down through George Bush's 32 presidential cousins!
I attended the Southwest Genealogical Conference, which met last year at the Hyatt Regency, downtown Phoenix, during which Galt presented the most controversial aspects of his work to the top authorities there. Everyone acquiesced to the depths of his knowledge. Several of the attendees were close personal friends of Gary Boyd Roberts.
Both George Bush and Barbara Pierce Bush (of Merrill, Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith) are descended from the same Pierce family of England as President Franklin Pierce. Originally known as the enormously powerful Percy family of England, a name change to Pierce was required along with a quick immigration to America, when their involvement in the failed Gun Powder Plot to blow up Parliament became known. One of the Percy castles, where this plot was hatched was known as Sion House.
Other notable Bush relatives include the Grovsner families of England and America, and the Taft family of Ohio. The Grovsners of England are the Dukes of Westminster who own the most substantial properties in the City of London --- the banker's capital. Of over 100,000 acres of Grovsner property, most is in the financial district of London!
In America, the Grovsners founded National Geographic known for sweeping down on the archeological treasures of the world, especially those of a religious significance, and spiriting them away to the Smithsonian Institute, controlled by their cousins the Smithsons, also descended from the Percys. Imposing false interpretations on religious finds is very important to the House of Sion.
ROCKAFELLER STARTED THE TRILATERAL COMMISSION
Although George Bush's official 1980 presidential candidate biography listed both his Presidency of the TRILATERAL COMMISSION and his membership in the YALE secret society SKULL AND BONES, no major news organization mentioned either of these telling affiliations. Let us take a closer look at SKULL AND BONES.
SKULL AND BONES (S&B), was first established by the graduating class of 1832 of YALE UNIVERSITY by William Harrison Russell and Alphonso Taft, the father of President William Howard Taft. It is significant to note that Alphonso Taft was thereafter powerful enough to manipulate his son into both the presidency and the Chief Justiceship of the U.S. SUPREME COURT. Each year S&B graduating seniors would initiate only 15 new members...selected exclusively from the ranks of the offspring of the super wealthy. From the beginning, S&B was the recruiting grounds for William Harrison Russell's RUSSELL TRUST COMPANY which managed the SKULL AND BONES treasury.
Founded in 1823, the RUSSELL TRUST COMPANY superseded the Perkins family to become the dominant opium trafficking syndicate in North America. The shipping manifests from those days have survived intact to make this claim solid. Russell's partners in this venture were those loyal to the Crown of ENGLAND, and this allegiance persists to this day with their descendants, who comprise what is known today as the EASTERN LIBERAL ESTABLISHMENT. Although there are more billionaires in AMERICA than in GREAT BRITAIN, the largest billionaires of AMERICA still cannot hold a candle to the largest billionaires of ENGLAND. The wealth of the Royal Family of GREAT BRITAIN and this Tory group in AMERICA was all founded on the illegal opium trade from TURKEY to CHINA. Today nothing has facilitated the illegal narcotics trade as much as the phoney drug war of the Reagan/Bush era. A dozen books name Theodore Shackley (who served as number two under George Bush in the CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY) as the man who organized the opium trade in the Golden Triangle. Contra cocaine, Mena, Arkansas---it all tempts one to speculate that maybe the Bush family never abandoned their interest in this most lucrative narcotics business.
Among Russell's partners was Warren Delano, Jr., Chief of RUSSELL TRUST operations in Canton, CHINA. Delano was the grandfather of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, another Bush cousin. Other Russell partners were John Cleve Green, whose opium fortunes financed PRINCETON UNIVERSITY, Abiel Abbott Low, whose opium fortune financed the construction of COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY, Joseph Coolidge, whose son organized the UNITED FRUIT COMPANY, and his grandson, Archibald Cary Coolidge, who was a founding executive officer of the COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS. Is the reader beginning to discern a pattern?
It is therefore little wonder that those tapped yearly for S&B have gone on to positions of enormous power. Take for example, publishers Henry Luce (S&B 1920) and William F. Buckley (S&B 1950, NEW YORK TIMES GENERAL MANAGER Amory Howe Bradford (S&B 1934), CIA power players William P. Bundy (S&B 1939), McGeorge Bundy (S&B 1940), Richard Bissel (S&B 1932), Senator David Bowen, Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Oversight Committee (S&B 1963, and anti-war activist Reverend William Sloan Coffin (S&B 1949)....remember, this group intends to control both sides of every national debate. Starting to see a pattern?
This just scratches the surface of Anthony Sutton's most scholarly work on this YALE secret society, THE ORDER. Sutton's subsequent work, HOW THE ORDER CREATES WAR AND REVOLUTION reveals that half of the board of directors of J.P. MORGAN AND COMPANY were S&B graduates. The black flag with the white skull and crossbones emblem, which was the corporate flag gracing all Russell Trust Company ships, which was adopted as the emblem of the SKULL AND BONES fraternity at YALE, acquired such a reputation back then that even to this day it symbolizes piracy.
Is it not strange that the media spent so much time lint-picking the personalities of the candidates in the 1990 election and showed no interest in George Bush's membership in a secret society whose initiation rites involved carrying the new recruit naked in a coffin into a building the society calls "the Tomb"?
Eventually, S&B came to be dominated by BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN, the largest private investment bank in AMERICA. The CEO of this power group, Averell Harriman, was the mentor of George Bush's father, Prescott Bush. George Bush's grandfather George Herbert Walker, served as president of BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN. The Bush family has SPENT three generations in service to the Harriman interests. That is why it is downright nefarious that it was the widow of Averell Harriman, Pamela Harriman, who was the principle backer of Bill Clinton for President. When Clinton lost the campaign for Governor of Arkansas, it was Pamela who picked him up, dusted him off and made him chairman of PAM-PAC--the largest fund raising source for the Democratic Party. Some cynics think that George Bush is still president, using Bill Clinton as a front, just as he had used Ronald Reagan. Remember, anyone who wanted to meet with President Reagan had to first go through Bush's former campagn manager, Chief of Staff James Baker.
There is a book that was recently on the New York Times bestsellers list about Pamela Harriman, entitled LIFE OF THE PARTY. This book, written by the diplomatic correspondent for TIME MAGAZINE, minces no words about the fact that Pamela Harriman "put the Clinton Administration together". In fact it notes that an ancestor of Pamela's conspired with the Percys in the Gun Powder Plot.
BROWN BROTHERS HARRRIMAN headed by Averell Harriman, the SULLIVAN AND CROMWELL LAW FIRM, headed by John Foster Dulles and the UNION BANK, headed by George Herbert Walker and Prescott Bush, came to represent the entire business interests of the NAZI cartels in the U.S. before and during World War II. It may therefore seem astounding to the average reader that, after the war John Dulles could go on to be Secretary of State, his brother Allen Dulles Director of CIA and Averell Harriman Ambassador to the USSR. An understanding of this anomaly will provide a key to how the world is run.
During the Opium Wars more than a century ago, the British East India Company forced open the doors of China with its own gunships, sending China into a century of chaos and leaving Chinese with a bitter history of humiliation. Today, China will not stand by and let a new British East India Company repeat the events of history.
LEGAL OPIUM OWNERS
Importers Notice of Registration - 2014
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE Drug Enforcement Administration Importer of Controlled Substances; Notice of Registration; Johnson Matthey, Inc. By Notice dated November 4, 2013, and published in the Federal Register on November 18, 2013, 78 FR 69130, Johnson Matthey, Inc., Pharmaceutical Materials, 2003 Nolte Drive, West Deptford, New Jersey 08066-1742, made application by renewal to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to be registered as an importer of the following basic classes of controlled substances: http://matthey.com/
Johnson Matthey is likely to invest in the JV through its Dutch subsidiary Matthey Finance BV either by subscription to fresh shares or purchase of existing shares of Macred India from Dr Reddy's or both, it is learned. The JM group which controls about a third of the world market in bulk opiates provides technology to only those companies in which it could get a substantial stake. It has no other partner in India. The JM group has the capacity to meet 31% of the world's morphine demand and 29% of the world's codeine requirement.
Legal opium production in India is much more traditional. As of 2008, opium was collected by farmers who were licensed to grow 0.1 hectare of opium poppies (0.24 acre), who to maintain their licenses needed to sell 56 kilograms of unadulterated raw opium paste. The price of opium paste is fixed by the government according to the quality and quantity tendered. The average is around 1500 rupees ($29 US) per kilogram.23 Some additional money is made by drying the poppy heads and collecting poppy seeds, and a small fraction of opium beyond the quota may be consumed locally or diverted to the black market. The opium paste is dried and processed in two government opium and alkaloid factories before it is packed into cases of 60 kilograms for export. Purification of chemical constituents is done in India for domestic production, but typically done abroad by foreign importers. Legal opium importation from India and Turkey is conducted by Mallinckrodt, Noramco, Abbott Laboratories, and Purdue Pharma in the United States, and legal opium production is conducted by GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson and Johnson, Johnson Matthey, and Mayne in Tasmania, Australia; Sanofi Aventis in France; Shionogi Pharmaceutical in Japan; and MacFarlan Smith in the United Kingdom. The UN treaty requires that every country submit annual reports to the International Narcotics Control Board, stating that year's actual consumption of many classes of controlled drugs as well as opioids and projecting required quantities for the next year. This is to allow trends in consumption to be monitored and production quotas allotted.

CHAIN OF DESTRUCTION
CENTURY AFTER CENTURY
2015 View the 2012 film "The House I Live In" which explores the war on drugs in great detail. (Drug War Documentary) Clip - Systematic Destruction of People
Fundamentally, it is about retaining political power. Historically, it has deep roots. It also reviews a classical 5 step process that has been used time and time again: identification, ostracism, confiscation, concentration and annihilation. As evidence of concentration, consider that more African Americans are now in prison than were held as slaves in 1850.
In this clip from The House I Live In, the drug war is presented as a systematic destruction of a people, following the process of Identification, Ostracism, Confiscation, Concentration, Annihilation, that has occurred countless times throughout history, continuing to this day. The drug war is indeed about social control.
The question is, WHO is the system meant to control?
According to some commentators in this clip, it is about economic oppression of the "bottom 15%" of the country. True, it is a way to control the extremely impoverished working class and underclass who have been forced into the illegal drug economy and petty street crime. Also true: it is a business, fattening the wallets of the capitalist class. But what the film fails to demonstrate (despite a brief appearance by Michelle Alexander, author of The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness) is the naked racism of the criminal justice system, a symptom of the racist capitalist state. The "criminal justice" system is an institution of the racist state, and it must be recognized for what it is: a means of controlling and oppressing poor people of color. See some recent stats on incarceration rates: "Criminal justice policies across the country have resulted in mass arrest, prosecution, conviction, and incarceration of people of color. Consequently, African-American and to a lesser extent, Latino communities have been casualties of the domestic "wars" on drugs and crime. The scale of racial disparity within the criminal justice system is shocking. African-Americans are incarcerated at a rate of nearly 6 (5.6) times the rate of whites. (The Sentencing Project, Uneven Justice: State Rates of Incarceration by Race and Ethnicity 3 [2007]). One in three (32%) of black males can expect to serve time in prison at some time in their lives, Hispanic males have a 17% chance and white males have a 6% chance. Thus, incarceration in America is concentrated among African-American men. While one in 87 white males between the ages of 18 to 64 is incarcerated and the figure for similarly situated Hispanic males is 1 in 36; in black males it is 1 in 12. More than one third (37%) of black male dropouts between the ages of 20 and 34 are behind bars. (The Pew Charitable Trust, Collateral Cost: Incarceration Effects on Economic Mobility [2010])."
China vs USA
Western powers are once again seeking world domination through unrestricted monopoly trade in dangerous products. But this time it isn’t opium - it’s information. [Google] is not just a search engine tool — it is a tool to extend American hegemony it serves the national interests of the United States, of course. The Mountain View, CA, based company is, says Zheng, "America’s British East India Company." You should know that Chinese search engine provider Baidu is a national hero that "strongly blocked" Google in China.
